PB Proctor Electrical LTD- Solar PV installers

P.B Proctor Electrical Ltd is a Belfast-based, family-run business with over 30 years' experience in the industry. It is an MCS registered contractor and a NICEIC registered contractor. The company specialises in domestic and commercial solar panel installations, and supplies and installs solar PV panels. It provides electrical services including rewires, lighting installations, electrical contracts, fire alarms and LED upgrades.

It supplies, installs and maintains all manufacturers of domestic EV charger units. It carries out PAT tests and safety inspections for offices, factories, pubs, restaurants and public buildings. It has worked with Belfast since the 2000s. Its service area includes Holywood, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Newtownards and across County Antrim and County Down.

Tidiness and punctuality emerge as the most consistent themes across the feedback for this Belfast electrical and solar firm. Paul Proctor and his colleague Ciaran are named repeatedly, with customers describing them as knowledgeable, friendly and easy to deal with throughout. Several reviewers highlight the speed of the work, noting that solar photovoltaic systems and battery storage were designed, specified and installed without fuss, often finished ahead of expectations, while the surrounding area was left as it had been found. Clear communication and strong after-care support are mentioned often, with prompt responses to follow-up queries once the system was up and running.

The advice provided during the process is another recurring point, with customers appreciating guidance on panel placement, battery sizing and even additional electrical work such as socket replacements and ethernet cabling. Reviewers describe the finished installations as clean, professional and performing well, with one account pointing to noticeably lower energy costs after the system went live. The combination of careful workmanship, practical expertise and considerate conduct on site runs through the accounts of both domestic solar projects and smaller electrical jobs.
