Very helpful very efficient, installation very professional, guys all polite and answered our questions as they arose, even if they were very basic from us 👀😳😄, thanks to the pure volt team we are very happy. Ps, sales team excellent as well not pushed into anything, gave us the printed information and explained the process clearly. 👍

From start to finish we have been very happy with the service purevolts have provided. Purevolts was recommended by a friend who had recently used them for their own solar system. All dealings are via WhatsApp making the process easy and straightforward forward. There is no sales person coming to visit you and pushing you to make a decision on the day which I have to admit has been one of the most annoying aspects we found while dealing with other solar companies. We were asked to provide a few photos and some information and from that we received a quote with different options. Their pricing was better than many of the quotes received. After looking into the systems offered we opted to go with the EcoFlow system.We had to wait a while to get the system installed but we already knew this would be the case as we had only decided to go ahead during the height of summer and their busiest period. As we stay in a bungalow no scaffolding was necessary and the install was completed quicker than I had anticipated. Due to where we wanted the batteries etc we were advised before any work started that the drilling would very likely damage the tiles on the wall. We already knew this was the case as some of the tiles were clearly already loose but really appreciated that the installer mentioned this to us. Once the install was completed they gave us a rundown on how to use the app for the system. We still have our WhatsApp group incase we need any assistance. All in all I highly recommend purevolts, it’s has been wonderful dealing with them. There has been no hidden costs or any other paperwork required as they have dealt with absolutely everything! If you want a company that will hand the process from start to finish this is the company for you!

We had a solar panel and battery system installed by Pure Volts and overall we're really pleased with where things have ended up. The system itself is great. We ended up with a free upgrade to a Hanchu battery system in place of the originally planned Solis setup, which was a nice surprise. The install itself went smoothly with no delays, and the whole process from booking to completion was straightforward. Where we did run into some frustration was aftercare. We had a small amount of damage to a ceiling during install, and getting this repaired took longer and more chasing than we'd have liked. We also had delays getting our export connection set up, which held things up for longer than expected. Pure Volts did compensate us fairly for the export we lost out on during that time, though the process to get that sorted was a bit slower than ideal too. To their credit, once we raised these issues directly, Pure Volts acknowledged where the aftercare had fallen short and things have since been resolved. We appreciated that response. Since everything's been up and running, we've had no complaints. During the recent heatwaves we've been earning around £10 to £12 a week just from export, on top of not paying for electricity at all. Genuinely happy with the system and glad we made the switch.

From initial enquiry to meeting and discussing our needs it was all easy and clearly discussed, to the point can you run cables under the floor, sure if we can get clear access. On the day poor Sam took on the task with great enthusiasm, never seen someone young and enthusiastic to climb under a floor, crawl across with spiders and dirt to feed cables from one side of the house to the other, then keep in mind it was a really hot day in June he climbed in the loft and was sweating with the intense heat, again no issue for Sam getting on with the job same with Martin and the roofers, baking heat and getting on with the job no issues!! End of the day we hosed Sam down before they left and ensured they had plenty of cold drinks during the day! Other things install was super tidy, all cabling fastened in place, then a good demo of the APP after setting up for me Also having a dedicated whatsapp group for the install is fantastic for clarity of information, even to the point day before letting us know what time teams will be on site etc. basically clear communication from initial enquiry to install and beyond, it makes the difference!

I already had my solar panels installed but needed Batteries. I have three phase system and after a few quotes from other companies I found Pure Volts to be not only the best price but the best on advice. I ended up going with the sigen brand. They look feel and work really well. The team at pure volt set up and App group so the unstal went really efficiently and cleanly. From paying my small deposit to instal was less than a week. Ben the installer was very friendly and explained everything in detail inc how the app worked. The battery stack at first wasn't exactly where I wanted it and he even dismantled it and put it back where I wanted it to go with no stress at all . Great team great price I would recommend them to friends and family 100 percent.

I first made contact with Pure Volts in January 2026,I wasn't sure what I needed so I had a home survey with Andy one of the advisers he was very knowledgeable and talked me through my options. He designed a system to suit my needs which made me feel extremely comfortable with placing an order with him. The next day I was invited to the company WhatsApp group were I was able to ask any questions. I had my installation in March from start to finish the procedure was seamless. Alex and the installation team worked extremely hard to finish in a day,they also set my app for me. I have already recommended Pure volts to my friends and family. Thanks again

Purevolts were recommended to me after a quality install at my brothers property. We had a 14 panel + 10kw Hanchu inverter/battery system installed this week. PureVolts gave us a great price and the communication throughout has been first class! Kudos to Emma and Alex for that! The install itself is awesome, Ben the electrician is a true gentleman and master of his trade! Everything is so neat and tidy, we were asked throughout the process what our preferences were but received solid advice on potential improvements. The most important question- would I recommend purevolts? Absolutely, without a doubt!
