We are happy with the solar system we had installed, including storage battery. The team was very respectful and tidy.

From the start ...Mark came and explained all about solar and what we may require to suit our needs...with his vast experience we soon knew what we wanted. The scaffolding went up ,the fitters came ....and what a fantastic job they did ...very clean and tidy and doing everything to assist to make it as neat as possible. The scaffolding then was taken down couple of days later ...also very friendly and top lads. With the first week we only imported from the grid once ....3 weeks later still the same so happy days. Thank you again to the renewagen team for doing a great job ....well recommended if your looking at solar panels 😁

Presale: 10/10 Installation: 10/10 Aftercare: 10/10 I decided to get solar about a year ago and after months of research and understanding my energy usage I put the feelers out for some quotes.. Living in a terrace house made my choice harder as most larger companies tend to avoid them but I still managed to get 4 quotes in the region of what I was asking for.. Of those quotes renewagen where the only company to actually bother to visit my property up front and discuss things in detail with me, everyone else felt pushy and ill informed, with one company even trying to call me on xmas day! From that point I had a good feeling about Renewagen and I wasn't wrong on that front.. They were prompt and accommodating of my needs and got the whole job done in just over half a day, and when I was having issues after the install (Mainly down to my own lack of knowledge on solar) they were helpful and got things cleared up quickly. I went with them because they were a small family run business and i felt that they would have a good eye on what they are doing and the product they are selling, and that was what i got. Highly recommend them for any solar install.

It’s 4 in the morning and I am so upset I can’t sleep due to the monstrous huge inverter that has been installed in my lean to. I was told that it would be in the loft at the time when my husband signed the agreement I was there. I went into work early on purpose to make sure my car was off the drive ready as the scaffolders turned up at 8 am the day before. My husband chased them at 10 to find out where the installers were to be told sorry didn’t text but would be at ours at 1 pm. They didn’t turn up till 20 past 4 told my husband the inverter which is far bigger and cumbersome than we were led to believe could not be put in the loft where it wouldn’t be seen so they persuaded my husband it would need to go in our lean to. It is huge it’s ugly they didn’t leave till 8.30 at night and it’s not all finished yet, the stress is horrendous as this is not what was agreed. I have asked the rep who did not answer the phone to me as he was in meetings for the office number but he has merely text me an email address. The stress and upset over this is horrendous. Can I add that after this was posted the owner responded to me my review to say they would contact us to resolve the issue. Well they didn’t contact us my husband had to contact them to get it resolved. Due to holidays we asked if it could be done Monday this week. We chased last Friday for answer but didn’t hear anything till Sunday night when we got a text from the installer to say they would be at ours at 7.30 the next morning. The inverter and battery were moved to where they should have been originally and the contractors left. My husband was then left to fill in and make good the drilled holes in our lean to and to tidy up. Communication is not good at all. The gentleman comes to persuade you to sign and then nothing from him at all he doesn’t answer your calls and merely texts to say email this address. It is a case of once you sign then not interested. Very surprised as this is not what the other reviews say.

From the first call made to the home visit I felt so reassured Everything was explained in great detail to us we really felt like part of the family not a number on the books Options were given in every step and we were kept up to date with the whole process Payment was easy nothing was over complicated and at no point were we left thinking oh god have we done the right thing We just knew we had Install day came 2 lovely electricians came to the door introduced themselves and were fully working at 8am Next two solar fitters arrived and equally so polite well mannered checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the options chosen They took great care of the property my plants and made sure my dogs didn’t get out I can’t thank them enough It was just a shame they had another job to go to afterwards could of kept them here all day a real credit to the company

Very responsive company and I was amazed at the efficiency of the scaffolders, and the installation team. I had panels, batteries and a charger all installed in a day. I minor issue with a sensor was resolved in a matter of minutes on the day. I have been pleasantly surprised at the generation I am getting. RenewAgen proposed a larger battery than Octopus Energy and I am glad they did! It was the right call and they were able to locate the batteries in a more sensible location than Octopus were prepared to.

Have been thinking about a solar & battery system for awhile. Also like to suport local companies. Contacted RenewAgen and Mark visited us and gave us advice on the various systems & costs. We decided to go with Sigenergy & 12 Solar Panels. The day of fitting i have to say the scaffolders solar panel fitters electrician all did a excellent & neat work. Would reccomend this company
