What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A scratched 200W PV panel was supplied by Renogy UK in Birmingham. The purchaser describes seeking a return and refund, and reports receiving excuses and procrastination rather than resolution. Requests for the return were met with repeated demands for additional information, continuing weeks after the process began.
The account states that the company seemed to deny the fourteen-day cooling-off period that applies to online purchases under UK consumer rights. The complaint centres on how a damaged solar panel and the subsequent returns request were handled.
Reviews

I received a scratched PV 200w panel and i've had nothing but excuses and procrastination in dealing with my request to return the panel. They seem deliberately in denial about UK consumer rights for those buying online. Incase you don't know you have a 14 day 'cooling-off period' which allows you to request a return and refund without any specific reason. Yet all I get is excuses and further demands for information weeks after I started this process. I would recommend caution if you are considering making an online order with this company.
