Joe did a great job installing the batteries and inverter - very informative and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He explained how to use the app and get the most out of the system. The roofing team also did a great job installing the panels - very polite and switched on. Would highly recommend.

We have been customers of Save Energy UK since 2011 (15 years) when they installed our solar panel system. We had a problem within the first year of that installation with a faulty inverter, but that was sorted quickly, efficiently and promptly. Fast forward to 2025, and we decided to purchase our first EV. Our first and only port of call for an EV charger was Save Energy UK who installed a MyEnergi Zappi. It was a relatively straightforward installation but they took the time to understand where I wanted it positioned, and how the cables needed to run. During the installation, I mentioned that we were considering battery storage, so without prompting, they installed an additional consumer unit to allow for this in the future if we went ahead. A couple of months later, we decided to make that jump to battery storage, so back to Save Energy UK, and again they took the time to listen to where and how the system needed to go in our garage, and the cable run. They handled all of the necessary compliance paperwork for the installation as well. Installation was again perfect. Early 2026, we decided to add a third battery to our setup, but when looking into this, we identified a minor issue with the previous installation, which again was resolved promptly and efficiently. My overall experience and summary of Save Energy UK are that they are an experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful company, always willing to help and give advice, and when there is a problem, they are there to get it resolved – no dramas. Based on my experience, I’ve no hesitation in recommending Save Energy.

We booked in an initial appointment with save energy UK after they were in our area doing some promotion. We were incredibly impressed with them from the very first point of contact. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful both at the beginning of the process and once carrying out the installation at our home. They took time to explain everything to us and were really careful taking pride in their work. We had our solar installed in December and so far we are really happy with the results we are getting from it.

The team worked in difficult circumstances but ensured that all went smoothly and well. From the original quote by Harriet to the work of Andrew, Harvey and Stuart and the team, all were professional, friendly and hardworking.
