Extremely knowledgeable team. The advise on what Solar system and how many panels and batteries to have was very helpful. The installation was completed in one day and was carried out with expertise and very high fitting standard for the panels, the electrics and batteries. The cost of the system was very competitive and beat competitors hands down. Very happy and would certainly recommend Solargem.

James came the day after our initial enquiry. He spent over 4 hours going over all the details of our property, our energy needs and explained everything as well as answering all our questions. That he is a fully qualified electrical engineer rather than just a salesman was also very reassuring. We had had estimates from other providers. Solargems price was very attractive by comparison. Having signed the contract the installation team arrived 6 days later! Again they were friendly efficient and quick. The 3 of them installed the 16 panels, battery and inverter in about 6-7 hours! The working of the system was explained, app installed on my phone and instant generation was in progress. The whole thing is very tidy indeed. The tem cleared up efficiently at the end and took all their packaging and any waste away with them. I cannot praise them highly enough. This company puts quality and customer service at the top of their agenda. If in doubt, give them a call.

Solargem were excellent from start to finish. James came out within 24 hours of our initial enquiry and talked through our requirements, clearly explained what we needed, what the steps were and clear breakdown of the pricing which was more than acceptable and better than any quote we had seen. The installers arrived on time and were superb. Professional, polite, didnt half graft through the day and cleaned and tidied at the end of the day. The installation looks amazing and we were energy independent as soon as it was all switched on. Alberts communication throughout the process was brilliant too, calling regularly to explain things when required and making sure all was on track and we were happy. From initial enquiry to switch on was 4 days! I would have no hesitation in recommending Solargem and would question why you would want anyone else. Solar panel and battery system design and install. After years of researching solar energy, navigating confusing quotes, and dodging high-pressure sales tactics, we had completely shelved the idea. It takes a lot to impress me, but following a flawless EV charger installation, we decided to give it one final try, this time with Solar Gem. It was the best decision we could have made. The entire process took less than a week from the initial survey to having a fully operational system. From the outset, Albert and James were exceptional. They visited us personally, put our minds at ease, and provided an educational, zero-pressure breakdown of our options. Both have a rare talent for reassuring customers, and James is a fountain of knowledge on panels, batteries, and inverters. The installation team was equally impressive. Arriving exactly on time, these NAPIT- and MCS-accredited professionals worked incredibly hard in the baking sun on one of the hottest days of the year. They were polite, helpful, and left our property spotless. Solar Gem offered the most competitive price by far, delivering a considerably more powerful system than their competitors even suggested. After a month of tracking data, we expect our standard electricity bills to hit zero (excluding EV charging). James has also provided incredible post-installation support with the app setup. We cannot recommend Solar Gem highly enough. The system operates exactly as promised, but we are already considering adding a second battery to further maximize our energy independence—even if this goes against James's advice and doesn't strictly make financial sense! For now, we wait on the feedback documentation and will give the system time to settle for us to gather comprehensive data on what it returns.

Very good experince with Solargem, quick to come and see me and then install was also booked withing a few days. The whole process from start to finsh was under 2 weeks. James has been supportive with using the app etc. Great experience all round.

Having thought about getting solar panels for years, spoken to many different companies, and eventually selecting SolarGEM to supply my system, I can say my experience has been fantastic. For a start their price was very competitive, and on a personal level Albert and James clearly enjoy their jobs and take pride in doing things properly. They were both polite, patient, and clear whenever I had questions or concerns, and importantly I got the feeling I was dealing with honest people. At no point did I feel like they wanted to sell me something I couldn't make use of, or that wouldn't represent good value. Albert has a rare talent for thoroughly reassuring you as a customer, and speaking to him leaves you in no doubt that everything will go according to plan. James is a fountain of knowledge on anything to do with solar panels, battery storage, inverters and electrical installations in general. You know you are in good hands with these two. Their installers came on time, possessing all the right qualifications and accreditation (NAPIT, MCS) and worked hard all day in the baking sun and did a fine job. My only problem now is that I can't put my phone down because I'm having so much fun opening the app and watching the system generate bucketloads of energy!
