Solar Panel Installers UK

Solar Panel Installers UK provides engineer-led solar installations for homeowners and businesses. The company serves Essex, London, Kent, Berkshire and locations throughout the UK. Every system begins with a Structured Solar Performance Assessment. Enquiries are handled by qualified electricians responsible for system design and certification. Solar Panel Installers UK and Array Electrics Ltd have distinct responsibilities within the customer journey.

Solar Panel Installers UK provides the starting point: listening, gathering relevant information and helping homeowners understand the questions that should be answered before a system is proposed. Array Electrics Ltd, its approved electrical division, takes responsibility for the technical assessment, system design, installation, testing and MCS certification. Planning, installation, testing and MCS certification are carried out exclusively by Array Electrics Ltd. Solar maintenance and repair are offered.

Managing a solar project from the first enquiry through to commissioning is where this Reading company draws consistent praise. The installation and delivery process comes in for particular credit, with reviewers describing quick fitting that causes minimal disruption and teams who work carefully around other trades on site. Clear quotations and detailed explanations of each component are mentioned again and again, and the office team at Arc-One is singled out for setting out the options available. The expertise of the fitters also features strongly, especially their patience when answering questions and their knack for explaining equipment such as Myenergi in plain English.

Accounts of completed work include a substantial array of panels combined with a sizeable storage battery, as well as routine fitting and commissioning. Tidiness recurs as a theme, with sites left clean once the job is finished, and several customers comment on strong communication before and after the work. Friendliness and a fair balance of price and efficiency round out the picture, together with a willingness to accommodate other trades on site. What emerges is a smooth, well-organised process run by knowledgeable people.
