I ended up getting a specification that will work for me now and in years to come. ​Their support and communication were excellent throughout the whole project. Really impressed with the service from Mark and the team. He took loads of time answering questions and tailoring my solar quote to ensure it met my needs rather than the bigger companies I spoke to who were just interested in a sale. They did a great job on site and took their time to ensure everything was installed and worked properly.

Solarplus Yorkshire professionally assessed our energy needs considering both solar and heat pump. They were honest, down to earth and showed a distinct focus on finding the best solution for ‘our’ home (as opposed to selling us a the nearest fit). After several conversations and a home visit we have decided to put our decision on hold pending some civil work on our home. We will definitely be contacting Solarplus again once this work is done. We truly feel they view the bespoke specification of our green energy requirements in a partnership light.

Been a customer of Solar Plus for 6 years - they do routine maintenance of our solar and air source heating system and attend to any issues as and when necessary. We installed solar panels and battery storage as part of grant funding from the local authority in early 2026. By the time our application was approved in November 2025 we had just less than 3 months to complete the project. Mark and his team were so helpful and encouraging - they managed the project for us from start to finish within budget and timescales. Their technical knowledge and installation techniques are second to none. They did what they set out in their quotation in a technically professional way but at the same time were considerate to our business users. We had no knowledge of them before we started our search for a partner to work with and they could not have done any more for us. From planning, technical drawings to installation - nothing could have been done any better. One thing that stood out for me was the fact that Mark came back to our site overnight to move the panels which had been delivered earlier that day because he feared they had been left in a place that was not secure. No one could ask for better commitment and consideration to his clients than that. Our entire experience of working with Mark, Callum, Jack and Daniel has been such that we are very happy to recommend them to anyone like us - who are keen to do the right thing in terms of sustainability but need good guidance. They will help you achieve your aims as they have ours. They will continue to look after us and we are confident in their hands.

After a bad experience with a previous Heat Pump Engineer we had poorly installed pipework and several leaks on our system. We called Solar Plus for assistance and have to say a big thank you to Callum and Daniel for the work they did for us last week. They uncovered some really bad work by the previous engineer and put it all right. Throughout, they were polite, totally professional and kept us fully informed throughout the visit. A fantastic couple of guys. Since their visit, all the leaks are fixed, the pipework is unstressed and sealed and the pressure has been maintained - great work. Thank you Solar Plus.
