Solar PV and Battery Installations

Solar photovoltaic panel installation and battery storage work form the core of this Plymouth company's offering, and the accounts left by customers focus on the conduct of the team as much as the technology fitted. Steve and his colleagues are named directly in several of the longer write-ups, where prompt daily attendance and completion within the agreed timeframe are noted as standard rather than exceptional.

A point made in several accounts is that the crew resolved an additional fault discovered during a visit, dealing with both issues in a single appointment, which points to a practical, problem-solving approach rather than a rigid schedule. Tidiness features regularly in the feedback, with the property described as being left clean once the panels were mounted and the system commissioned.

On the advisory side, a customer recalls a detailed assessment of roof-mounted solar before any commitment was made, followed by a written quotation that arrived on the promised date and was judged to represent a fair price. The courteous and professional manner of those on site is mentioned time and again, alongside the ease of arranging follow-up attention when something needed putting right. Work has included both new photovoltaic arrays and remedial visits to existing installations, and the same considerate approach is reported across both types of job.
