Gerry has done a great job reinstalling our solar system two years ago after the original installers messed up. Just recently commissioned a replacement inverter. His response time was outstanding and workmanship first class. Highly recommended.

The survey team were incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered every question I threw at them – and there were plenty, as I had already done extensive research myself. Rather than simply trying to sell a system, they provided honest, practical advice and helped design a setup that was right for our needs. A special mention must go to Alyssa in the office, who oversaw the progression of the project from start to finish. Communication was outstanding throughout, with regular updates by phone and email. Every query was answered quickly, professionally and thoroughly, making the whole process stress-free. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the value for money offered was excellent. William also did a fantastic job coordinating the scaffolding and installation schedule. He worked around my availability, ensuring I was happy with all dates and timings and keeping everything running smoothly. The scaffolding team deserve recognition too. Working in temperatures of around 34°C, they remained professional, efficient and incredibly polite. The scaffold was erected quickly and tidily, and they took the time to discuss the slight boundary overlap required with neighbouring properties, ensuring everyone was happy before proceeding. Installation day was genuinely impressive to watch. The team worked like a well-drilled machine – almost like a swarm of ants – each person carrying out their role while seamlessly coordinating with everyone else. The entire installation was completed quickly, efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard. Olly, the electrician, was absolutely brilliant. His communication was excellent throughout, explaining every stage of the installation, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Once everything was complete, he took the time to thoroughly explain the system, the app, and how to get the best from the installation. His professionalism and positive attitude were first class. In all honesty, this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company carrying out work on our home. Just had a Sigenstor battery system installed and added 3 solar panels. All went very smoothly and I am pleased with the results. It feels very good to not be using power from the grid during these summer months.

Solar Voltaics have been very good. They were friendly and helpful explaining everything from start to finish. The installers did an amazing job and everything was left very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them. We were expecting the wiring from the battery to have to travel up to our loft, across it, down by a downpipe and to the fusebox inside the house, however the electrician said it could go directly to the fusebox under our floor even though there was a solid internal and external wall in the way. We were amazed.
