Love, love, love Solar Centre lighting!! You can buy your usual rubbish from China that works well for a short time and then goes in the bin, or you can buy quality lighting from Solar Centre that works well for years and years... The customer service and communications are excellent too. I had an issue with some mushroom lights recently that was quickly rectified (a new set dispatched - thank you Nicole). So please support this small, excellent, British company!!

We've made a few purchases from the Solar Centre now, and every time we've been impressed with the quality of their products. Recently, we had a couple of items fail, but there was no cloud on the horizon! A quick email explaining the issue was all it took, and Ella arranged replacements without the slightest quibble. It's refreshing to find customer service that's every bit as brilliant as the products themselves. Thanks, Ella, for turning what could have been a gloomy experience into pure sunshine!

I contacted The Solar Centre Customer Service Departmet regarding an issue with a puchase i made of Elan Solar Festoon Lights which had stopped working after 2 Months. I spoke to Ella who was very helpfull & arranged straight away for a replacement Set to be sent out to replace the faulty ones without hesitation. Great Customer Service from the Team

I have use the solar centre a good through times never had any problems at all until my last order . Phoned and emailed them and by the next day they had arranged for a replacement item to be sent to me. I’ve been buying solar lights from The Solar Centre for years, and the quality has always been excellent. What really stands out, though, is their customer service. Specifically Nicole …. She was so helpful ….I recently bought some lights and unfortunately there was an issue with one of them which is rare …. I contacted their team, and they sent a replacement immediately with no hassle at all. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely stands behind its products and values its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Solar Centre for both the quality of their products and their outstanding after-sales service.

I ordered 2 sets of lights for our garden. They arrived promptly and look great. Unfortunately months later one set stopped working. I emailed asking for advice and Nicole was very helpful giving me different steps to test the lights. When this was completed I received a new set of lights. A great service. Thanks again to Nicole for sorting the problem.
