Guy and his team were fantastic from start to finish .The quote arrived quickly based on a Google roof rooftop survey which was followed up by a site survey to confirm it was achievable and the placement of electrics for the battery and inverter.Within a week the scaffold was up, the panels installed and the house is now running almost solely by solar energy ...happy days ! Guy and his team are very professional from start to completion. They installed an 8kW hybrid inverter with an 18.64kWh battery, all within half a day. I came across this company through a Google search and I'm so pleased I gave them the go-ahead. The team showed up on time, kept me fully updated throughout the process, and provided a thorough handover on completion. There were some minor issues with the manufacturer, but Guy quickly resolved these. Guy genuinely wants you to be happy — something that feels rare in today's world. Guy went above and beyond from initial consultation to setting me up on the app. His knowledge of his products is amazing. I highly recommend Southern Solar and Electrical. Guy fitted our original inverter and batteries over two years ago (this was retrofitted to our existing solar panels), and they have been fantastic. He recently installed a new bonding unit. It was a genuine pleasure having Guy arrange and undertake the installations.
