From the start my interaction with staffs smart energy has been excellent. Matt came round the house to look at my existing set up and to understand what I was.looking to achieve. I had quotes from 5 different companies. They were competitively priced across the quotes rwceived. However I chose staffs smart energy because I actually genuinely believed that Matt was offering a personal service and he wanted to deliver my outcome. We had to wait longer for installation than other companies and I am glad I did. They worked hard all day to get everything done. Matt went through the app with us before heading off. He even checked remotely that the system was working as it should and checked in. I could not fault the service and would recommend time and time again. Well done for great service

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Matt gave a much better quote than Octopus included 10 panels and 2 batteries for the same price as 8 & 1. Fitted over 2 days. Has also gone above and beyond expected in providing advice after the fit. Can’t recommend enough.

To the team, I recently had a battery storage system installed by Staffs Smart Energy, specifically by Mathew. I found their approach to be transparent and honest, without any aggressive sales tactics. They provided comprehensive information regarding my options. The installation process was executed with minimal disruption and mess. The post-installation support, including remote monitoring, was exceptional in ensuring optimal system performance and offering guidance on system optimization. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory experience, and I commend Mathew for his excellent work and service.

Great service! Matt was brilliant getting back to me and communication was top notch. He and his colleague helped to reinstall our solar panels within a day. They did this effortlessly and explained the step by step on the process and aftercare. I highly recommend them!

First-rate. We chose Staffs Smart Energy for several reasons. Local knowledge, local contacts, and a greater choice of panel sizes to fit our particular roof as opposed to the standard one-size-(sort of ) fits all offered by the big boys. The beauty of choosing Matt was also that you knew that the job was not being subbed out to a fitting team which might , or might not, have the experience. The placement of the external cable was an example. Matt kindly offered to route the large black cable through the walls as opposed to clipping them on to an external wall for an unsightly effect. For another company this aspect might not even have been discussed with us, and the chances are that we might have been left with an installation which may have been technically correct but which may have been disappointing to look at. As it is the whole process went efficiently and well. The house was left spotless. The specification we actually received exceeded that of the corporates , in that we had 10 panels for 5 kWh plus of capacity on the roof , whereas the corporates could only achieve 4kwh for the same 10 panels. I could go on , but suffice it to say that we will be asking Matt for another quote this week for the rear.
