Steve and all the team have been excellent from start to finish. They installed a Powerwall 3 and some in roof solar panels in conjunction with a re-roof. They worked really well with our roofer, amending their schedule slightly to fit around the roofer. The team who did the install were brilliant, and did a very tidy job. Perhaps more importantly we’ve had to go back with some questions since the install and they have responded to these very quickly.

Excellent service both in terms of customer service , speed of fitting and friendly and helpful workforce . We got the whole package- solar panels, power bank, charger, and air source heat pump. Would definitely recommend!

Steve Duckworth electrical installed 2 arrays of solar panels for us in 2016, which have worked well. The installation was seamless and professional. This May I noticed one of the panels had developed a fault. Steve's lads came out - very polite and once again, professional. They sorted out the problem without any fuss. I would heartily recommend the company.

We approached Steve to quote for solar panels/powerwall/car charger over a year ago. At the time, there were so many options available on the market, that I needed some time to think about what we needed. Alas, fast forward a year later! We went ahead with Steve, owing to the nature of his company: a local independent with a great customer focused team who could answer calls and attend to queries [Shawnie/admin team are absolute super stars, and answered my queries no matter how trivial they might have seemed] - this really allowed me to put confidence in the whole team. I wanted a neat looking system with minimal, ducting and cables visible and one which could integrate together - the Tesla was the option of choice. The price was competitive. Solar: we had panels installed on our dormer/roof - 3 strings in total. whilst the scaffold was up; it was key to maximise the number of panels we could place on the roof. Powerwall: we had one Powerwall in the cellar Wall connector: one wall connector with pen earth DNO application: completed via Steve's team on our behalf Handover pack: for electric companies and certifications completed and received The system was fitted with Steve's team, and went relatively smoothly bar a few niggles which can occur on a job like this i.e trying to conceal wires/cables through walls/plasterboards etc, and avoid ducting etc, which can't be determined until the job starts. Steve was there to troubleshoot if/when the need arose. The system has been up and running for about 2 weeks. We are absolutely over the moon with it. Steve should be commended and could not do enough in terms of attention to detail; the admin team being customer focused with excellent paper work and comms. He is a credit to the industry - he deserves a local award if there is such a thing. Keep it up. I would wholeheartedly recommend. huge thanks

Steve's team installed both an Air Source Heat Pump system and a Solar PV system (with Tesla Powerwall) in our house in Bolton. The heat pump installation was done in January 2025 and the Solar PV in March 2025. I have now used both for sufficiently long to state confidently that the work done was of top quality. The folks who did the installation were thorough and professional. The customer service from Steve's office is also top class. The initial survey was done by Steve himself and just a conversation with him was sufficient to give me the confidence to go ahead with the project. I did not have to change any of the radiators during the process and the heating was perfect during January and February with reasonably high efficiency even during the coldest days.
