Had split way air con installed a few weeks back, the whole team are great from initial emails, to quotes and installation. They advised the best set up for minimal mess. We were shown how to work the units, and it’s been a life saver in these hot temps!

We have had a Solar and Battery installation from Sunlite group and compared to the approach of another provider we contacted which was very pushy and not flexible, Romi who did the survey did a much better job and answered the questions we had without a sales pitch, we went and refined what we wanted with their team until we got the ideal setup. Communication was good on dates and their team was friendly when undertaking the work including the sub contractor scaffolding staff and provided a good handover so I would recommend them.

We recently had Sun-Lite install two 2-way split air conditioning systems and were very impressed with the service from start to finish. Romi came out to provide the initial quote and was extremely knowledgeable. She helped us decide exactly what we needed, where everything should be positioned, and even suggested keeping the electrics outside to minimise disruption inside the house. Zahra was always quick to respond by email and very helpful in providing alternative quotes and options. On the installation days, the fitters arrived exactly on time, worked cleanly and tidily throughout, and kept us informed about what would be happening each day. They caused the minimum possible disruption and completed the work in excellent time. The finished installation is very neat, tidy and professional, and everything looks great. We are extremely pleased with the work and would not hesitate to use Sun-Lite again.

The company was well organized, and the staff at the main office was super helpful. The installers who came to my house were a perfect 10 out of 10 – really good at their work, super clean and tidy, and very helpful.

I originally discovered SunLite Group in 2022 after a previously installed Solar PV system died and the original installers had gone bust. SunLite are local to me and had good reviews. Since 2022, I have had the original panels replaced, replacement inverter / battery storage and additional panels / inverter fitted by SunLite - and in June this year I had them install a heat pump system as they are HeatGeek installers. Everybody at SunLite are really easy to deal with - and very efficient. No 'stupid' question is considered stupid and any questions are answered fully. I absolutely recommend SunLite, and as said, will be returning a little later this year.

Fantastic service from quote to commission. Record heatwave caused delays but excellent communication throughout. All trades were prompt, polite and professional. Would recommend.

I looked at about 5 installers and settled on Sunlite Group. They were local to me, were well reputed, offered good value, and demonstrated excellent professionalism from the site visit until post-installation. Communication was great throughout as they walked me through a lot of the process. They conducted an in-person survey and actually discussed with me about the practical aspects of how the install would be done (eg where should the batteries go, where to place things to optimise cable length, where they would need to drill etc.), so I felt confident right from the beginning to commit and place my deposit. Installation day was minimally disruptive, they respected my work from home situation and interrupted me only occasionally. The install went smoothly. The only hiccup was them mixing up the EV charger I ordered which was changed a few days later at no extra cost. Otherwise, the panels, battery and ev charger are functioning well and looks tidy.
