Contacted Synergy to discuss solar and electric vehicle charging solutions. They were great offering genuine advice and advising to wait until our re-roof is completed before adding solar panels (the roof is very old and has very brittle old tiles). They clearly put their customers first and give advice thats right for them instead of just pressurising to get the sale. They completed the install of the EV charger and were on time and efficient and their pricing was competative. Cant wait to get them back in for our solar syetem when the time is right. We live in a semi-rural location and have an unreliable grid supply. So we decided to install battery backup and came across Synergy PV Renewables. Their reviews are very good so we contacted them, and Alex came to see us. We already have solar panels and a very old wet cell battery backup, so we discussed all the various options, including a replacement battery backup. Alex is very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. He explained everything in a language we understood, and we decided on a Sigenergy Sigenstor 10kWh battery. Currently one of the best systems on the market. The Sigenergy app is really good too allowing you to watch your usage in real-time. A special thanks to Reece and Zach who completed the installation in one day. All works were completed to our satisfaction with very neat cable runs. We would not hesitate in recommending Alex and his team at Synergy PV Renewables. Thanks guys
