Cant rate this team enough. Filled in at very short notice when another Solar company let me down. Turned up, Did excactly what they said plus replaced all my broken roof tiles, fair cost and enjoyed having a laugh with the team. Highly recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Simon. When my original solar installer was no longer available, Simon stepped in to help with an Enphase warranty replacement and took over support for the system. He handled the entire process professionally, kept me informed throughout, and made what could have been a difficult situation very straightforward. The work was completed promptly, the pricing was fair, and he stuck to his original quote even though the RMA process was more complicated than expected. I would highly recommend Simon for solar installation support, maintenance, and repair work.

A completely brilliant reliable and honest company! The service was amazing, extremely reasonably priced with first class professionally carried out work from first enquiry to fixing the problem! A real 5 star company!! Our solar system had stopped working. We had a quote from the highest rated company nearby. There call out charge was hundreds and their quote to repair was many thousands, without the cost of hiring scaffolding which we would have to do in addition to the huge cost they quoted. Then I called TEC Electrical and Solar Ltd. They were extremely busy, but kept in touch and managed to come for a very reasonable call out charge to see what work needed to be done. Before they came they asked me to send photos of various parts of the system and we had a call on FaceTime so the engineer could see our set up and know the model details etc. When the engineer came he was extremely efficient, prompt and helpful. He noticed a very simple cable connection needed replacing and he had the part with him because they had bothered to take so much info before they came to the house. The cost of the call out and repair was less than the call out charge we paid to the first company! I will definitely be recommending TEC to anyone needing solar and electrical work, and I will be a very grateful returning customer for any work we have in the future. Simon was great - he managed to book us in really quickly for an appointment to check the electrics and test the solar panels on a property we’re in the process of purchasing. I cannot recommend this solar panel company highly enough. As I have difficulties with spoken and listening English, I reached out to five different companies for a quote. This was the ONLY company that agreed to conduct all communication via WhatsApp, while the others insisted on phone calls, making the process incredibly difficult for me. Their commitment to customer needs started immediately. Simon clearly and patiently explained every detail of the quotation in writing, often using simple language when I needed clarification, which was a huge relief. Furthermore, I had a specific requirement for a particular panel brand. Simon went above and beyond, putting in the necessary effort to find the source for the exact panels I needed, succeeding where all the other companies simply could not fulfil my requirements. The installation itself was flawless. Adam and Sam were professional, on time, and extremely tidy throughout the process.
