Working with all of the team from The Energy Box was really easy from start to finish. Everyone is clearly passionate about what they do. I found them helpful, respectful, and keen to share and explain how the system works.

The Energy Box Ltd was the only company that offered to come to my house and survey the property before providing a written quote. In a follow up meeting with Zoe and included the electrician that would install a new consumer unit and complete the solar connection all my questions were answered. The installation was completed on schedule with the scaffolding by erected on Tuesday by ‘Elevate’, very professional, the solar panels and all the electrical connections were completed on Wednesday and the scaffolding removed on Friday. Thanks to all the guys who did the installation in a polite & professional manner and to Zoe and Sam in office who always returned my calls with the required answers. I have no hesitation in recommending ‘The Energy Box Ltd’.

These guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answer my questions, very accommodating in supplying additional quotes/companies for other works and above all friendly in the way they completed the works from start to finish.

This company is a rare gem that places customer service and satisfaction as its number one priority.We wanted to install solar panels on three elevations .We wanted them to be aesthetically appealing and it was to form part of a much larger building project at our home near Milwich. This required a good deal of co-operation and flexibility with other contractors often outside our control. Danny, Zoe and their team at Energy Box more than rose to the challenge . In our initial discussions with Zoe , it quickly became apparent that she had a detailed knowledge of solar panels technology and the possibilities and functionality for ourselves and what we were trying to achieve. We opted for an in-frame design and Danny and his team did a fantastic install job with an eye for detail such as ensuring any new tiles blended in with existing ones. The result was solar panels that were an attractive feature rather than an eye-sore.The team of electricians completed the install efficiently and with thoughtful siting of our batteries The office team were polite and efficient, arranged appointments, which were always kept and always returned phone calls in a timely manner . The result was a set of panels on three elevations that look stunning . I would highly recommend this company both in terms of their workmanship and ability to adapt and fit in .
