I recently had a solar battery fitted by Greenway Solar, and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. The team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, answering all my questions clearly and making sure I understood everything before the installation. The fitters were friendly, professional, and very respectful of my property. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and left the area spotless when the job was completed. What impressed me most was the time they took to explain how the system works and to help me set up and use the monitoring app. They patiently talked me through the process, making sure I was confident using it before they left. Phoned Greenway, installers of our solar panels some years ago, to ask about changes to the GivEnergy App which had rendered it less than useful. As always, Danny was very helpful and send me an email within a few minutes on the best way forward. We've taken his advice and are, yet again, very happy in our dealings with his company.

I recently had a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed by The Green Way Solar. The price was very competitive, the customer service and communication excellent throughout and the quality of the installation excellent as well. They even managed to install it a week earlier than they said they would. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish - I actually got a quote for solar panels from The Green Way Solar a few years ago but we didn't go ahead at the time. We got a quote from Michael for a Tesla Powerwall 3 and Zappi tethered charger initially but then I asked him to incorporate solar as well as we use 7500kwh/year and already have an ASHP (the house is fully electric). Michael promptly sent over a competitive quote which we accepted. We are collecting an EV at the end of March so needed everything fitted fairly quickly. Helen was in touch to let us know they had an available installation slot on the 12th of March. Everything was delivered the day before and installation was carried out on the 12th and 13th (the 12th was incredibly windy so they weren't able to put the panels up). Everything was fitted and working by Friday afternoon and we've had a wonderful sunny weekend - generated 19.4kwh of energy yesterday and look on track to do the same again today. Didn't feel pressured at any point during the process, Green Way were informative and communication was excellent throughout. We weren't at home for the installation but Green Way worked around us. Would highly recommend if you're interested in solar/battery/ev chargers!!
