Excellent experience with TVR and their team. They took on a diagnostic, repair and additional battery fit for my 2 year old solar and battery system that was not fitted by them. Quickly resolved the fault and then despite problems with the new battery, persevered and resolved all the issues. Always clear in communicating, polite, efficient and punctual. Wish I’d had them to fit the original system. I’m a retired builder of 40 years and it was a pleasure being on the receiving end of quality service. Well done TVR

I recently had a Hypervolt Home Pro 3 electric vehicle charger installed at my home by TVR Electrical Services, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The installation was carried out by Lewis, who was an absolute credit to the company. He arrived exactly when he said he would and took the time to explain every stage of the installation before starting. He carefully discussed where the charger would be positioned, the route the cable would take around the property, how it would enter the house, and the changes that would be made to the consumer unit. It gave me complete confidence that everything had been properly thought through. Lewis was polite, professional, hardworking, and extremely diligent throughout the installation. He worked efficiently from start to finish, paid great attention to detail, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. When the job was complete, he cleaned everything up so thoroughly that you wouldn’t have known anyone had been there. I am genuinely impressed with both Lewis and TVR Electrical Services. The workmanship is first class, the customer service was excellent, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone looking for electrical work or an EV charger installation.
