Staff are helpful genuine and extremely considerate to there customers. ewe had a heat pump fitted.yes we had hurdles but staff @ ukemg ltd ensured any delays where rectified without delay. Install team plumbers and a extremely hard working electrician worked to impeccable standard. Choose this company for any form of there services. Both ourselves are reg disabled and this was taken into consideration regarding installation. Thank you for all your help

UKEM recently designed and installed solar panels and a lithium ion battery at my home. Everyone involved did a brilliant job, the design was explained in detail but in plain English which was great and very reassuring. The Team that completed the installation were polite, punctual and very efficient, the job was completed to a high standard. They left my property spotless, the whole experience from sales and design though to completion was excellent. I would happily recommend UKEM to my friends and family.

UKEM are very proactive with customer care during and after installation. I cannot fault their attention to detail. They had problems getting hold of me due to my chronic health issues meaning I turn my phone off and go to bed. However they are great at communicating via other means … email and text. Very good company.

I had 2 extractor fans and an air vent installed by UKEM. I wish l never got involved with them. The extractor fan which the fitted in the bathroom was activated by the light switch which started to short and tripped the electrics. I reported this to UKEM who came out to inspect but left with the fault not fixed. I had to get an electrician out who said UKEM should have fitted an isolator as standard and had incorrectly fitted the extractor fan causing moisture to get into the electrics which caused the trips. I made several complaints to UKEM who never compensated me nor correct other things l complained about. Take my advice, avoid this company. Trevor

Having had Livwarm’s sister company install my heat pump a couple of years ago, which included solar panels, I decided to take the plunge and purchase solar batteries to compliment my system. There were a couple of hiccups in the installation - an issue with my EV charger, however, these were addressed and resolved as a matter of priority. Professionalism is second to none with this company, they treat you as a person not as a number and that matters when you are embarking on a whole new journey of electricity storage. Special shout out to Luke and Chris, your patience with me has been hugely appreciated, and of course Lewis who performed an excellent install. If you are wondering whether to go for this company, I wouldn’t wonder any longer… go for it, you won’t regret it!

Don't trust I tried calling to discuss the installation of the extractor fans the kitchen extractor is ok but It lets cold air in(draught) it needs a non return air system fitted,I will to photo of the wiring (trunking) and the white frame has some gaps or missing sealant in certain areas, which could be a source of drafts or moisture ingress...a rite mess.. the bathroom extractor is not quiet it is constantly buzzing even when the red light goes out.i have to try and switch it off at the plug But the plug is so high it's about 10 ft and I think it should be a lot lower..and the switch not fitted very well.. IAM still not happy with the window vents, there's no point in me sending photos of them because they look ok but they do not work correctly even when closed they are draughty.i Wii take a video and put a feather it front of vents. the hive system is really nice but the hive app on my phone won't connect to the internet through the WiFi. THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN
