Over the last six months I arranged an appointment and they cancelled on the morning of the appointment…. I have since called them three times and left voicemails to service the boiler i inherited when i bought my home installed from them. No callback ? customer service is appalling.

Recently contacted uk solar about a previous install. Turned out it wasn't even there install but chris went above and beyond to help me out on a Sunday evening. Great customer service. Thanks again for your help.

Fantastic service, despite a challenging installation due to many property factors the system was installed and has been up and running for over a month now. A 10kwh MyEnergi Battery, Panels and 5kw MyEnergi inverter with the new Zappi Glo. When I have had questions they are quick to answer and support.

Just wanted to say how brilliant everyone on the team has been fitting our new solar and battery. Great guys who were professional, friendly and got the job done. Cannot recommend them enough.

After struggling to find somebody to service our thermal solar water heater panels i came across UK Solar service, the system had been out of operation for around 3 years. Chris was quick to respond to my enquiry, arrived punctually at the agreed time and gave a very honest assessment. We went for the basic service and fluid top up, his two guys again were very punctual, polite and considerate. Within an hour the system was up and running again with gallons of hot water. very professional service and would recommend without a moments hesitation. Thanks UK Solar Services, 😃
