Underwood’s work to design, install, commission and obtain certification was very good throughout. My roof layout and access for cable runs were different to what is normal but Jason, Sam and the team solved this. Before, after and onsite the whole team were very professional, and it is clear customer service is important to them. Communication through the process was very good.
