From the very first conversation to the final installation, my experience with Wise Green has been nothing short of exceptional. My initial point of contact was Elton, who took the time to clearly explain the benefits of solar energy and walked me through his recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and what I really appreciated was that there was absolutely no pressure — just genuine, helpful expertise. From that point on, every single interaction I had with the team was outstanding. The project manager (Andrew), scaffolders, the surveyors who carried out the property assessment, the engineers who fitted the panels, and the electricians — every one of them was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The office staff were equally brilliant; always friendly, well-informed, and on hand to help. I had been considering making the switch to solar for a couple of years, and I'm so glad I finally made the decision. I'm already seeing the benefits!. I do have one confession though — I've become completely obsessed with the app! Tracking the energy generation has become something of a daily highlight, which I suspect says it all really. It's rare to find a company where every touchpoint, from first enquiry through to completed installation, is consistently excellent — but Wise Green absolutely delivers on that. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering making the switch to solar energy. Five stars, without question!

We are very happy with our solar panels and battery as supplied and fitted by Wise Green Energy. From our very first phone call, to meeting with Elton, liaising with the Project Manager, Alex, right through to the installers, Daniel and John, and the electrician, Jack, every single person we have dealt with has been polite, helpful, patient and professional, each one taking the time to explain everything to us and nothing has been too much trouble. The panels look awesome and the guys left everywhere clean and tidy. Thank you to each and everyone of you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wise Green Energy.

Fabulous company! We were recommended Wise Green by some friends, and we weren’t disappointed. From the first consultation with Elton, explaining our options and how everything works with our energy supplier etc. the different guys popping round to check the layout, scaffolders, the guys who installed the battery, George, Daniel and John who actually fitted the panels, and project manager Alex…everyone was so professional, courteous and friendly. They didn’t leave any mess and we didn’t feel we had any disruption at all. It’s great being able to see how much electricity we are making and exporting. Would definitely recommend this company!

I can highly recommend Wise Green Energy. I'd been looking to install solar panels for sometime, and after receiving several quotes and being let down by another company I decided to go local. I wasn't disappointed. I had solar panels, and a battery fitted. They were excellent, very knowledgeable and put the customer at the heart of what they do. I had no worries at all and was left feeling reassured that I had made the right decision. The after care support was perfect too. The price was fair, and yes you can buy cheaper, but I felt the small difference was more than worth it. Too many people to thank, but as a team I can't fault them.

An acquaintance had mentioned that they had used Wise Green Energy for their solar installation and was very pleased with the service they had.  As they were a local company we made an appointment for someone to visit and advise us on Solar Energy and how much a system would cost.  We were impressed at how professional Elton was, and as the quotation provided for a system of 12 panels, inverter and battery storage was within our budget, we didn’t bother to get quotes from anybody else.  All of the team, surveyors, scaffolders, installers, electricians were polite, approachable  and professional from start to finish. All of the equipment has been installed very neatly and rubbish removed. There were no hiccups, no delays and no hidden extra costs, but the best of all is that after installation they are still there to support us.

I could not have chosen a better company to guide me on my solar installation journey. From the first assessment/sales visit through the design and logistics of the project to the installation I was impressed by the professionalism and level of workmanship. I was assigned a project manager who kept me well informed at all stages of the work. Highly recommend to anyone looking to install solar panels/battery storage.

I purchased nine solar panels and a battery inverter system from Wise Green Energy in early March, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional. They answered all my questions thoroughly without trying to oversell anything, and they were patient with me when I needed time to make my decision. I’d particularly like to mention Jack the electrician, and Aleksander, Elton and Lisa from the office in Cringleford, who were all fantastic. The installation crew was equally professional and punctual, and the entire process went smoothly. I’d highly recommend Wise Green Energy to anyone looking for solar solutions. Everything was put up and installed over 3-4 days and the scaffolding was removed a few days later. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.
