London homeowners feature in accounts of work by this firm, from a short-notice panel removal and refit to complete battery storage installations. Rob and his team are repeatedly described as competent, honest and highly knowledgeable, with considerable experience behind them. A job involving lifting panels onto an extension roof alongside a new inverter was arranged quickly and at a price customers considered fair; when a voltage drop appeared some weeks later, the cause proved to be corroded internal connectors that had been hidden from view, and two days of methodical testing followed before the matter was settled.

In another case, a photovoltaic array paired with a storage battery was fitted in a single day and judged excellent value, while a further project covering sixteen panels, a hybrid inverter and a generation battery drew praise for clear guidance during the installation and ongoing assistance afterwards. Trustworthiness and a willingness to return and put things right come through consistently, including where component delays lay beyond the company's control. The careful tracing of concealed faults, and the patience shown until the source was identified, stand out as the detail customers most often return to.
