From start to finish this has been an enjoyable experience. Nigel was helpful and has been available when needed. The scaffolding team were friendly and efficient and the installation team the same. Installation was straight forward, on the day specified and quicker than expected and the system is up and running like a dream. I probably won’t need another solar installation, but if I did I would use Discover Solar again !

I spent a long time researching solar before choosing Discover Solar and spoke to quite a few companies along the way. What stood out from the start was the amount of time they took to understand what we were actually trying to achieve. Rather than trying to sell us a standard package, they designed a system around our house, our future plans and how we actually use energy. Louis was brilliant throughout. He answered countless technical questions and, more importantly, talked me out of spending money on a couple of things that I simply didn’t need. That’s pretty rare these days and gave me a lot of confidence that they were recommending what was right for us, not what made them the most money. The installation team were fantastic. They worked for 14 hours in driving rain and still completed the entire installation in a single day. They were friendly, professional, incredibly hard-working and the quality of the installation is first class. One thing that often gets overlooked is everything that happens after you’ve signed the order. All the paperwork, MCS, DNO notifications and commissioning were just dealt with quietly in the background. I never had to chase anyone or worry that something had been missed. Since the installation I’ve become slightly obsessed with monitoring the system and it’s actually outperforming the original generation estimates, which is a nice bonus. Whenever I’ve had a question since the install, the team have been just as responsive as they were beforehand. I’d happily recommend Discover Solar to anyone. They clearly know their stuff, take pride in their work and, most importantly, genuinely care about designing the right system rather than simply selling you the biggest system.

A great process from start to finish. John was really helpful and informative during the sales process with no pressure to proceed, he let the numbers do the talking. Moving forward to installation was really easy, it happened quickly and required little from me. The installation was done really quickly and with minimal impact on us, the team worked extremely hard in very hot temperatures and got the job done in a day and a half for quite a lot of panels. Really pleased with the service all round, Louis has a very good operation in place.

From the very first exploratory meeting with Ravi from Discover Solar, they delivered everything they said they would and on time. I was also impressed with the professionalism of all the workers that were in site. Efficient and effective and cleared up properly afterwards. Gave a good handover and demonstration of the system, which was also followed up by Ravi with a few more tips and tricks. If you are looking for Solar installation, I would thoroughly recommend them!

It's been about a month since I had my panels installed and I have to say that I am very happy with the product and the service I received from Louis and the team at Discover solar. One of the panels arrived from the delivery agent damaged and they had a replacement on site within about 3 hours , didn't delay the installation at all, I was very impressed! The lads who did the work were great, very helpful and informative and I would definitely recommend.

I recently had the fellas from Discover solar install our solar panels and battery. The quality of the workmanship is first class and the engagement from Louis, right through the process along with Lee’s team was superb. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for anyone considering having solar panels fitted.

Very happy with our install, Mark and Louis were very responsive and provided a very competitive quote. We had a tight timeline we were working to which Mark accommodated and I was kepted updated throughout the process. Ryan was a great installer, very accommodating to my requests and install was tidy. Electrician also very tidy install and took me through the setup and config when finished. Very happy overall, 10 out of 10 would recommend 👍
