Neill's initial site visit was professional, informative and completely pressure-free, giving us confidence we were making the right decision. The installation was arranged much quicker than we expected, and the team were friendly, efficient and left everything spotless. Our 7.2kW solar system, 10kWh battery, inverter and Eddi hot water diverter have made an immediate difference. In just four weeks we've had constant hot water, haven't needed to use a drop of oil, and haven't had to pay for any electricity. It's been brilliant seeing the savings from day one. We're confident the system will deliver significant savings over its lifetime and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Encom to anyone considering solar. A first-class service from a great local company.
Neil visited my property and confirmed that installing a battery or a solar and battery system would be possible. He said he would provide quotes for both options, but despite several follow-up messages over the course of several weeks, I never received anything. Each time I was told it would be sent "next Monday," but it never arrived. My most recent message has been ignored. Very disappointing communication and customer service.
Encom Excel. I had a 16 panel system and 10kw battery installed late last year by Encom and I’m delighted with the result. From the initial contact with Neill, to the final handover I have been really impressed with the professionalism and communication from this company. The installation was different from the usual due to the layout of the house , and I wanted to avoid wires running through the house. After discussing how best to proceed, Neill drew up a plan that met my requirements. Encom were as good as their word and the installation was seamless and completed within the agreed timeframe. The fitters were fantastic and left the place immaculate. All the paperwork arrived as promised, as did the building control certificate. Post installation, I had a few queries that were resolved with no problems. I highly recommend Encom and was so impressed by all the people involved in the process. There were no hidden fees or additional costs and the installation was priced very competitively. Fantastic company to deal with.
Encom supplied and fitted my Anderson Quartz EV charger and the service was excellent. I dealt with Max, who listened to what I wanted, clearly explained my options, and communicated brilliantly throughout. Super responsive and quick turnaround. Highly recommend.
It has been very easy to communicate with Encom and they have guided me through the entire process from consultation to fitting of the solar panels and post installation procedures so smoothly. Neill has been in touch from day 1 at any moment you need a helping hand or should you have any doubt. He has also guided us through the whole process and has been amazing along with his entire team. It has been 6 months since the panels have been fitted and we had the summer virtually free with no electricity bills with the panels installed and got paid back for the excess which was great. 6 months in, I would highly recommend Encom to whoever is thinking about using them, they are validated have the right team behind them and know what they are doing.
Absolutely delighted with our solar and battery install. Clear advice, tidy workmanship, and everything delivered on time. The app is brilliant and we can already see the savings. Support has been quick and friendly too. Highly recommend!
I thought long and hard before opting for solar panels. After a large amount of research and several visits by various companies I opted for Encom. From the first point of contact to completion all I can say is that the service and customer care was 5*. Support (if needed) after initial installation is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. If you are considering solar panels with supporting batteries you “can’t go wrong with Encom” ( that has a nice jingle feel 😄).
