Solar-Clean

Solar-Clean is a trading name of DK Renewables Limited, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The company operates across East Scotland and serves Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Lothians, Fife, the Borders, Stirlingshire, Perth and Kinross and beyond. Solar-Clean is fully insured. It provides solar panel cleaning for residential, commercial and agricultural systems, including ground-based solar farms and high-level factory roofs. The company offers one-off cleans and yearly, quarterly or monthly maintenance plans.

Edinburgh customers repeatedly highlight the reliability and punctuality of Solar-Clean, with several reviewers noting that David arrives at the agreed time and gets straight to work on roof and wall-mounted solar panels. The cleaning itself is described as thorough and professional, leaving panels visibly brighter and, in the words of more than one account, gleaming.

Communication comes up often as a strength: contact is easy, responses are quick and appointments can be arranged flexibly around weather conditions, including avoiding cleaning in direct sunlight. Quoted prices are described as fair, reasonable and, on at least one occasion, matched exactly by the final invoice. The company handles larger domestic arrays as well as older installations, and reviewers mention the safety of working from ground level while the panels are cleaned.

Friendliness and a professional manner are recurring themes, as is the ease of the whole process from initial enquiry through to completion. One customer who had waited three years before booking was pleased enough to say they would not hesitate to use the service again, while another plans to have a newly added extension cleaned in future. The visible improvement to panel appearance and output is the point that comes up most frequently.
