Advice and clear explanation run through the feedback for this Wirral installer, with customers highlighting the guidance offered before any work starts. A number of reviews mention the straightforward assessment of payback periods and potential savings, and the absence of any pressure when choosing between panels, an inverter or battery storage. Several describe solar PV systems with battery backup that were finished quickly and have run without trouble, leaving the roof tidy and the monitoring app explained in plain language. Reliability and punctuality come up often, as does the ease of reaching the team with questions both during and after the job.

Tidiness is another common point: the fitters cleared up behind themselves and left the property in good order. The friendliness and competence of the installation crew are singled out, along with the practical detail that electricity bills had already shifted after commissioning. Customers also appreciate the ongoing support, with one mentioning a possible heat pump enquiry later and another praising how simple the whole process felt from the first conversation through to handover, while the neat appearance of the panels on the roof is noted as a detail that mattered.
