Then the lads came to fit the panels and the electrics but there was no electrician to fit the battery 🙄 a few days later a electrician turned up but had no battery 😳. Well a few weeks pass and after been in touch with evergreen and them telling us we're definitely going to come on a Friday of that week no one turned up 2 weeks and the battery turned up with one lad . The battery are very very heavy good job that I'm still fit to help him . Well the system up and running know it got fitted in March 26. We are still waiting to sell back to the grid evergreen are not answering are calls 🙄 . Called to day at 1230 .was told the person you need to speak to in a meeting . Again and again . Take it form me i only give a honest review and a truthful response to my experience
Avoid Evergreen Power UK. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. They installed our solar panels in October and damaged our roof by breaking several tiles during the installation. We reported the damage immediately, emailed photographs as evidence, and then spent months chasing them with countless phone calls because they simply ignored our complaint. After several months of excuses and delays, they finally arranged an appointment to inspect the damage, and a further appointment was made for today 30.06.2026 between 8:00am and 11:00am. We booked annual leave from work specifically so we could be at home. Nobody turned up. At 12:30pm I called the office to find out what was going on. Instead of apologising, I was told that someone had supposedly visited our property and taken photographs. That is simply not what happened. We were at home the entire time. Nobody knocked. Nobody rang the doorbell. Nobody called. Nobody came. After months of waiting, being ignored, and wasting our time, to then be told that someone attended when, from our perspective, nobody did is beyond frustrating. It feels like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility rather than dealing with a genuine customer complaint. The installation damaged our property, customer service has been appalling, communication has been almost non-existent, and even when they finally arranged to put things right, they failed to turn up. I have completely lost confidence in Evergreen Power UK. If this is how they treat customers after they’ve been paid, I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using them to think very carefully before signing a contract.
