Rowan Energy

I came across Rowan back in 2022 or so. I was intrigued to say the least but when I looked into it further, they were reselling legitimate REGO certificates but those certificates were only ever worth about 1p each not 10p/kWh. I was highly skeptical at the time too What's worse is that from the start they've mislead people. Their product is a Raspberry pi running EmonPi. The item costs £35-50. Add engineering time and you're looking at a max or £500 and even then that's being generous When I queried this at the time, I was laughed at saying look people are definitely making money and I said I'm not concerned about the crypto side too. I did wonder how in hell this would be sustainable but I figured maybe the inflated price is how it's sustainable But fast forwards a couple of years and you can see that the director has done a massive rug pull on people, and what's worse is he got greedier and greedier over time, charging more and more, as well as restricting withdrawals . I'm glad I never bought into this but it's obviously terrible for those who were mislead The director is a disgrace. Looking at his LinkedIn profile, his background is in network engineering which is the same background as me. He's put himself into disrepute as well as the profession into disrepute. He should be utterly ashamed of himself

The company has now retired the public blockchain and ended token support, leaving investors like me with massive losses and no meaningful solution. Communication, accountability and transparency were extremely poor. In my opinion, Rowan Energy should not be trusted by anyone considering anything related to their token investment-related promises. I deeply regret getting involved and would not recommend this company.

A pathetic company who I have been trying to contact for almost a week now. Their management is always engaged or unobtainable and they will ring you back but never do. Totally unacceptable and one to avoid at all costs.

Not a scam!! have been with Rowan energy for couple of years, definitely works for me as I couldn't get anything out of the energy company for the electricity that I generate. Would recommend for anyone with a few solar panels and batteries, the summer months pay for most of my electric bill.

I was never involved with any of the crypto mentioned on other reviews but my review of the carbon monitor is that it has been excellent. already made several withdrawals, takes about a week for the money to arrive. mad £200-£300 so far. just feels like free money getting these extra payments for Solar you are already generating. highly recommend.

This company has raised serious red flags. The cryptocurrency project in question appears to have been launched with a hidden mint function, allowing undisclosed token creation that ultimately harmed investors. It has been confirmed by one of the key individuals, David, that instead of addressing the issue transparently, efforts were made to delay consequences while distancing himself from the company and its assets. There are indications that legal proceedings may soon be initiated against those involved. Until full accountability is taken and a genuine resolution is provided, I strongly recommend avoiding any involvement with this company.

Had myself a smart meter installed couple months ago. Seemed to be working fine. However till now, I never got my monthly bonus even though i earned enough capacity points to be entitled to them. No word back from customer service. Will disconnect from them. Seems to be a scam, from reading other experiences.
