We couldn’t be happier with the service from Solar Rise. From the very first quote, everything was professional, thorough and easy to understand. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always knew what was happening. The team installed our solar panels, battery and EV charger over two incredibly hot days in temperatures well over 30°C. Despite the conditions, they worked incredibly hard and never once complained. Everyone was friendly, polite and courteous, and it was a pleasure having them at our home. Steve and Ed led the installation brilliantly, and Ryan was fantastic when it came to explaining the technology and helping us get everything set up. Even after the installation, they’ve been quick to help with any questions or minor app issues, which has been really reassuring given how much technology is involved. Steve also took care of all the paperwork and permits, and Ed gave us great advice on contacting our electricity supplier so we could make the most of our solar panels and battery. We really wanted to use a local Sussex company, and we’re so glad we chose Solar Rise. Their customer service has been outstanding from start to finish, and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking about installing solar.
Solar-Rise have just sorted out our complete solar system, we have just had another battery added, their work is excellent and tidy, and it works , unlike some other companies. We would highly recommend them. The team are very friendly and helpful.
Just the best service. Simple explanations on planning. Really pleasant team, a joy to work with and super respectful around the house. Completed the job in three days. Fantastic after install support with documents, certificatiom and support. So pleased be to doing our bit for the envionment now. The team were recommended to my my our neighbours and we now know why! Thank you!
The whole team at Solar Rise did a fantastic job for us. Their attention to detail was excellent, and they consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly. Friendly, reliable, and clearly proud of their work. Been pretty much self sufficient for electric since it went live last week. Highly recommended!
Solar Rise are a small locally based company who provided a quality service at a competitive price. With the other companies who quoted for the work we dealt with salesman who didn’t know the technical details. Paul from Solar Rise was very knowledgeable and provided great advice. The company and guys who did the installation ( Stephen, Paul and Ed) were very professional, easy to work with and the works were completed in a week. The Solar panels look great and are now producing loads of energy 😁
Steve, Paul and Ed did a cracking job with my new solar and battery install, I love it! Really neat work, thoughtful placement and kept me fully updated throughout. They gave me a great deal on the system and worked throughout the wind and rain to get it done as quickly and painlessly as possible. Would highly recommend, thanks guys!
