Solar4Good® UK Ltd - Residential & Commercial Solar Installers in UK

Solar4Good UK Ltd is an MCS-certified solar and battery installer based in Harrow. The company has completed over 3,000 residential and commercial installations across the UK, using its own in-house engineers and never subcontracting. It works with homeowners, landlords and businesses across the whole of the UK. Solar4Good installs solar panels, battery storage, EV chargers and commercial systems, and handles survey, design, installation, DNO registration and aftercare with its own team. It holds accreditations including MCS, HIES, NAPIT, TrustMark and FMB recognised. SOLAR4GOOD® UK is a Registered Trade Mark (No. UK00004337097).

The company has 15+ years of combined team experience in solar and energy. Manan Shah is Co-Founder, and Matthew Tolley is Head of Solar Design and has been designing and installing solar since 2011. Solar4Good offers a 25-year solar panel warranty and a 3-week guaranteed installation. It was recognised in the FMB's 2026 Home Picks for customer service and has been quoted by the Financial Times and The Times on UK solar. Solar4Good has 6 UK offices and has installed 50,000+ panels. It installs brands including Tesla Powerwall, Sigenergy, Fox ESS, Enphase, Aiko, AlphaESS and DMEGC. A 56-panel commercial install for Florence Care Homes generates 24,000–26,000 kWh annually.

Solar work across Glasgow forms the backdrop to the small set of accounts left for this green energy supplier, and the individuals carrying out the work sit at the centre of them. Ross is singled out for steering an installation from the first contact through to completion and for stepping in to resolve difficulties that had arisen with a separate installation firm rather than through his own efforts.

Advice given over the phone is a recurring theme, described as sound and grounded in a genuine grasp of the customer's circumstances. The crew attracts praise for its diligence, with one account noting the team labouring through high temperatures, and for the friendly, helpful manner kept up across the job. The finished installation is spoken of as well executed, and the willingness to stay involved until remaining problems were ironed out appears in more than one account.

Clear explanations of the work and its purpose, given before and after fitting, stand out as what left the strongest impression, together with the practical backing offered once the system was running. Running through the comments is a sense of staff taking ownership of each project from the opening advice call to the completed renewable energy system.
