Oracle Energy Ltd started from a consultancy background and works closely with engineering and energy consultants to ensure all PART L, BRUKL or BREEAM targets are met. The company offers Solar PV consultancy and installation services. Nick Carpenter is the Managing Director, Sam Warren is the Operations Director, and Christian Richard, Sam Kielty-White are Project Managers. Cristina Stefanescu is in Project Administration and Amanda Merchant is in Administration. Ricky Day is the Lead PV Engineer and Amanda Martin is in Accounts.

Oracle Energy Ltd carries out solar photovoltaic work, air source heat pump installation and full heating system projects, and the accounts gathered from customers describe a team that is professional, swift and well informed. The standard of the finished installation is a point that comes up often, with reviewers noting careful attention to detail and work completed to a high specification. One account covers panels being fitted alongside a brand new air source heat pump and central heating in a property that had previously had none, together with a replacement boiler.

Customers repeatedly mention the straightforward, grounded manner of the staff, contrasting it with pushy sales tactics and praising the sensible guidance offered instead. Communication is described as clear throughout the process, and the installation itself as straightforward and well coordinated, including a photovoltaic system fitted for a relative's home. Several reviewers note the effort made to design the most suitable setup for each individual property, resulting in a more energy-efficient home. The breadth of expertise across solar, heat pump and heating work is a recurring theme in the accounts from this Plymouth contractor.
