Prompt scheduling and tidy workmanship run through the accounts left for Pro-NRG Renewables Ltd in Plymouth. Reviews regularly refer to how quickly an enquiry turns into action, with the owner visiting on the same evening it was raised, a price arriving the next day and an installation slot booked for the week after. Battery storage was commissioned in a little over five hours, while a substantial solar array mounted on a separate farm building was finished within two days. The process is described as trouble-free from first contact to completion, helped by staff who are approachable and well informed, among them Sam, whose technical knowledge is singled out, and the fitters Myles and Gary, praised for being courteous and leaving the site neat.

Long-standing commercial clients note that they return to the firm across successive properties, having previously dealt with other electrical contractors. Something that features in review after review is the sense of being kept informed, with the team turning up on the agreed day and quotes honoured as given. This blend of electrical experience and renewable installation, covering vehicle charging points, solar equipment supply and panel maintenance, underpins the repeat business the company enjoys.
