If I could give no stars I would. Our experience with SunSave has been absolutely horrific. We have been misled from the very beginning where SunSave changed their minds numerous times about the job itself including the number of solar panels being fitted on our property. The company have also made us jump through several hoops with the promise of installing solar panels. They have misled us leading us to spend several thousand pounds in the build up of the installation. We have followed all the recommended steps and the plan for the installation for them to turn up on the day and refuse to go ahead with the work. They are very unprofessional, unreliable and misleading. Avoid this company at all costs. 100% time wasters.

This is one of the best customer experiences I can ever recall having from the initial sales call to the installation of the solar panels. Everyone I have spoken to have been really helpful, knowledgeable and really believe in what they are going. A couple of special mentions - first to Nila my Solar Specialist who helped put together the proposal together and guide me through the process - she could not have been more helpful. Secondly Dan from operations who kept me up to date along the way and helped me with queries as I got used to the system. It is a company I would easily recommend and indeed have done already.

We looked at solar and battery installs previously, but other companies couldn’t give us any kind of performance figures of what we were likely to generate. Sunsave have a great estimation model, which after our installation we found extremely accurate. Sunsave have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They’ve kept us in the loop from the planning phase through to installation, and have contacted us a few times after installation to guide us through the system setup along with help choosing a suitable energy tariff. We’re making immediate savings which is more than offsetting our finance for the system. It’s the best decision we’ve ever made. Their customer service is second to none, with every email replied to within a couple of hours. We really couldn’t recommend Sunsave enough.

Sunsave recently installed a solar system for me, and the overall experience was excellent. From the first enquiry through to installation and follow‑up, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. They clearly explained the options available, answered my questions in plain language, and made sure I understood how the system would benefit my home. The installation itself was completed on time and with minimal disruption. The installers arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy once the job was done. The system has been performing exactly as promised. Overall, I’m very happy I chose Sunsave and would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar. They delivered great service and a quality product.

We’ve recently installed a PV - Battery-Inverter system using the Sunsave Plus option. We had no down payment to make and the design, delivery and installation of the system were hassle free and smooth. The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable and we got the financing decision very quickly. The installers were very professional and completed everything without causing problems. The registration of the system and the paperwork were handled professionally and quickly. The team kept us informed throughout the process and was very responsive. The system is now working and generating electricity in the hot summer weather.

Excellent from start to finish. I had been thinking about solar for a while and finally started looking and finance options etc. I saw an advert for Sunsave and was intrigued. I arranged a video call with Jonny and he was excellent (for a Man U Fan), explained everything with no sales pressure at all. We worked through various options and he came up with the best system for what I wanted. I like how their model works, it won't be for everyone but I didn't want to borrow £10k+ and repay over a short period as it would massively impact any savings I made. Agreement signed and handed over to Sophie who arranged the install. Sophie kept me up to date with the progress. Scaffold booked in, erected as arranged. Install days came and the install team were there bright and early and got it done in a day. Very happy with the system and with the service from Sunsave. Thanks Jonny and Sophie! (if only my heat pump install from others was 10% as straight forward I would be over the moon)

We've now completed the first year since installation of our home solar panels, inverter, and battery system designed by Sunsave. The outcomes on solar generation, electricity export surplus earnings, and savings on electricity costs predicted by Sunsave have all been met or exceeded. So, yes, we are very pleased we made this technology-led investment into a Sunsave proposal, even though it appeared quite daunting at the time. More than just the figures, however, were the challenges Sunsave faced in achieving a rapid re-think and work-around when our roof tiles required a more complex solution for solar panel fixing than originally envisaged. The lessons learned demonstrated that Sunsave excels at communications and problem solving, and these skills are part of the fundamental bedrock for every business start-up reaching out to succeed and grow in a very competitive market.
